Laparoscopic & Minimally Invasive Surgery
Keyhole surgery performed through a few small incisions with a camera and slim instruments. It is used for common conditions such as gallbladder stones, hernia and appendicitis.

Hernia Treatment
A hernia is a bulge that forms when part of the intestine or fatty tissue pushes through a weak area of the abdominal wall. In adults it does not go away by itself, and surgery is the usual treatment.

Paraumbilical Hernia (IPOM Mesh Repair)
A hernia just above or beside the navel. Dr. Sohel-Uzzaman treats it with laparoscopic IPOM (intraperitoneal onlay mesh) repair.
DetailsGallbladder Stones & Gallbladder Disease
Gallstones can cause pain in the upper right abdomen, often after oily meals, and may lead to infection or jaundice. When treatment is needed, the gallbladder is usually removed by laparoscopic surgery (laparoscopic cholecystectomy).
